“Religious Freedom in Britain Today” seminar at London School of Economics

As a part of its on-going projects with university students, the Foundation organised a student-led seminar jointly with Islamic Society at London School of Economics. This seminar was part of the Joseph Interfaith Foundation’s projects for Interfaith Week.

Students from Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Secular perspectives spoke on the topic and then followed a spirited Q & A session between the speakers and participants. Mehri Niknam chaired the seminar.

The seminar was so successful that the participants and speakers asked the Foundation to hold such seminars much more often and at regular intervals. The Foundation will set up an executive committee of students at LSE to cooperate with the Foundation to set up these seminars.
