A special educational programme initiated by the Foundation for young refugees in the UK

Free and easy to access educational videos

The project comprises of face to face talks given by professional lawyers, religious leaders, women activists and medical consultants. The subjects include Law and equality before the law, women’s equality from the legal and religious perspectives, domestic abuse and non-violent oppression, hate speech, freedom of expression, anti-Semitism and Islamophobia, major causes and signs of mental health issues and how to ask the NHS for help.

In order to assist as many refugees as possible to benefit from this project, we have also prepared 9 short and easy to access videos. These videos are free to access from our website.

Council of Muslim & Jewish Physicians

The Foundation has officially set up a unique and ground breaking new forum known as the Council of Muslim & Jewish Physicians. There is no other such a forum in the country.

National Council of Imams and Rabbis

The National Council of Imams and Rabbis is an authoritative theological group of senior and leading Imams and Rabbis from major mosques and synagogues in Britain. This is a unique initiative of the Joseph Interfaith Foundation.

The Council represents the Jewish and Muslim communities across their religious and ethnic diversity. The Imams are senior imams of Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Arab, Indian and Somali mosques. The Rabbis are senior rabbis of major Orthodox, Reform, Sephardi, Masorti, and Liberal synagogues.

Confronting anti-Semitism and Islamophobia: An exploration of their socio-historic and theological roots and similarities

The Joseph Interfaith Foundation has published the book of the proceedings of its one-day academic conference on that topic, held at the University of London.
